Nissan Stadium – Tennessee Titans – Food Options

The Nissan Stadium is the famous home of NFL’s Tennessee Titans, and can be found on the east bank of the Cumberland River, across the river from downtown Nashville in Tennessee.

It’s a multipurpose stadium, and in addition to hosting Titans games, it has also been known to host international soccer games.

It has a capacity of over 69,000, which you have to admit, is quite sizable.

And with that many potential guests at every game, the stadium has to be fully prepared with a range of concession stands, so fans can make the most of their visit there and won’t have to go hungry or thirsty.

And it’s the food and drink options available in and around the stadium that are the focus of the remainder of this article.

Concessions At The Nissan Stadium

We’re pleased to report that you can get all kinds of traditional concession stand food and drink options at the Nissan Stadium.

This includes the likes of nachos, hot dogs, mac & cheese, burgers, sandwiches, fries, chicken tenders, peanuts, alcoholic beverages such as beers, desserts, pretzels, popcorn, tater tots, waffles, pizza, and ice-cream.

Classic Food At The Nissan Stadium

There are a number of classic food options available at the Nissan Stadium that can be classed as classic or traditional Nashville and Tennessee food options.

In particular, there is their barbecue cuisine, which includes such dishes as brisket, which is typically served with mac and cheese.

And both of these items are available to purchase at the stadium, thanks to the various Barbecue orientated concession stands.

What’s more, it is said that Nashville’s signature dish is the hot chicken sandwich, which is also available from several vendors within the stadium grounds.

It consists of crispy fried, marinated chicken pieces served on a toasted white bun.

And of course, there’s also Tennessee’s most famous drink, Jack Daniel’s, which is renowned the world over.

There are two Jack Daniel’s stands within the stadium, both of which can be found on the 100 level.

Restaurants Near The Nissan Stadium

Of course, you’re not limited to the Stadium alone for your meals on game days, and you can go ahead and explore the surrounding area and see what delights they have in terms of food and drink options prior to or after the game.

Here’s a quick run through of some of the restaurants, cafés and bars in the surrounding area…

First off, there’s Fleet Street Pub, which offers cuisine from the United Kingdom. As such, it offers popular English dishes such as battered fish and fries, alongside Scottish and Irish dishes.

If you like to eat early and get the day off to a thoroughly nourished head start, we can recommend a visit to Gray and Dudley, whether it’s for an early breakfast, a mid-morning brunch, or even lunch.

It can be found inside the gorgeous 21c Museum Hotel, and valet parking is complimentary.

If you wish to sample local Nashville cuisine, we have to recommend The Stillery.

It’s just off Broadway on 2nd avenue, and it does an amazing mac and cheese topped off with Nashville’s beloved hot chicken.

Or, alternatively, just a mile away from the Nissan Stadium, why not head over to The Farm House for either traditional Southern dishes, or ones with an interesting modern twist.

Or if tacos and margaritas are more your thing, then Bakersfield Nashville will set you right.

How Much Does Food Cost At The Nissan Stadium?

Although Titans games may be among the cheaper NFL games to go see, sadly this is not because of the concession stand prices, which remain fairly expensive.

When this article was written, you could expect to pay $6 for a hot dog, $5  for a bottle of water, and $10.50 for a beer.

As for the costs of the remaining available food and drink options, this depends very much on which vendor you decide to go to.

Can You Bring Food Into The Nissan Stadium?

Unfortunately, according to the stadium’s policy, guests are NOT permitted to bring in any outside food or beverages (even if you were to bring them to the game inside a clear Ziploc bag).

But that said, with the wide variety of food and drink available to purchase at the venue, this should not be too much of a disappointment.
